Tenor Enterprise

Tenor enables exchanges, institutions, and fintechs to offer their customers access to onchain lending and borrowing products with the security, configurability, and monitoring required for institutional use. Tenor’s offering spans UI components, trade routing, borrower renewal orchestration, as well as monitoring and reporting.

Onchain markets provide enterprises with access to global liquidity, built-in transparency through verifiable onchain data, and a faster path to market that removes the need to build the underlying infrastructure from the ground up. Tenor is an official Morpho collaborator, building exclusively on top of the Morpho lending network.

Features

Tenor can offer integrators the following products:

  • Renewal orchestration: Automatically renew borrowing positions at maturity at fixed or variable rates, minimizing user intervention and optimizing flows. Integrators can configure and capture fees on all renewals.
Loan Renewal
  • Delayed liquidation: Configure grace periods that allow borrowers to re-collateralize or repay before liquidation. This gives borrowers flexibility while reducing the risk of being liquidated immediately after a collateral price move.
  • Modular market structure: Support both variable-rate and fixed-rate lending markets, and facilitate early repayment of positions without significant mark-to-market impact.
  • Enhanced oracle pricing: Enforce oracle price consistency via Tenor smart contracts that cross-check a validation oracle and halt execution when divergence exceeds a set threshold, adding redundancy to collateral price feeds.
  • Notifications and monitoring: Configure alerts for events such as maturities, renewals, and liquidations. Monitor accounts at risk of liquidation and tap into Tenor's liquidation infrastructure.
Notifications and Monitoring
  • Reporting: Provide transparent, real-time reporting of positions, including interest due/owed and a breakdown of mark-to-market gains and losses. Reporting can be tailored to client needs and user jurisdiction.
Reporting
  • SDK and API: Use a standardized SDK to trigger onchain actions from borrowing, lending, renewals, repayments, and more. Access real-time position and market data through our API.
  • SLAs: Define uptime targets for Tenor’s APIs and renewal services.
  • UI components: Use pre-built UI components from Tenor to streamline frontend integration and accelerate time-to-market.
UI Components

With Tenor's white-label products, integrators can leverage Morpho’s robust onchain lending network without building their own infrastructure from scratch, and offer lending products to users in weeks not months.
