Tenor Prime
Tenor Prime is built for large scale allocators such as curators, lending desks, and funds. Tenor Prime allows the creation of organizations with role based access control. It enables organizations to have deeper control over how they allocate and manage their funds. Tenor Prime also provide advanced tools to monitor positions, set alerts, and get access to detailed reporting tools.
Organization & roles
Organization admins can create and manage accounts for employees and partners, assigning specific roles and permissions to each user. This enables teams to collaborate securely while maintaining clear separation of responsibilities across risk management and operations. Organizations benefit from seeing all their positions in one place to simplify monitoring and reporting.
Access Control
Tenor Prime lets organizations define and manage granular, role-based permissions for how they allocate funds. Teams can choose to use a combination of EOAs, multi-signature wallets with set quorums, or vaults.
Vaults
Vaults are smart contracts that allow organizations to define and manage granular, role-based permissions for how they allocate funds. Tenor utilizes Morpho v2 vaults to enable organizations to have deeper control over how they allocate and manage their funds. Organizations can create multiple vaults for different purposes. Each vault has a set of roles:
- Owner: Appoints the curator and sentinels
- Curator: Configures eligible markets, sets deposit limits (relative and absolute), defines allocation timelocks, and assigns allocator roles.
- Allocator(s): Can allocate funds to whitelisted markets.
- Sentinel(s): Can revoke pending timelocked actions.
OTC
Prime users can create OTC offers that are settled onchain directly with borrowers. Tenor OTC allows borrowers and lenders to structure bespoke agreements outside standardized markets. Prime users can review quotes, create custom offers, and whitelist counterparties.
Renewal Offers
Prime users can send renewal offers in bulk to existing borrowers to renew their positions. This lets curators compete to renew borrowers by offering better terms.
Liquidity Allocation
Tenor Prime users can also create lending offers across various maturities and markets with caps on the maximum amount to allocate to each market.

Position Management
Prime users can also actively manage their positions to relist lending positions at a lower rates. This can be used to realize mark-to-market gains while creating liquidity for borrowers seeking early exit.
Monitoring, SDK & API
The Tenor Prime interface lets users track all active positions in real time. They can monitor profit and loss, duration, activity by role, and risk exposure across maturities. Prime users can also fetch position and market data through the Tenor API or execute transactions using the Tenor SDK.
