Renewal
What is auto-renewal?
Auto-renewal is a feature that automatically extends your position at maturity into a new fixed-rate term or open term, variable-rate market. This eliminates the need for manual intervention and reduces the risk of liquidation at maturity. Learn more about auto-renewal here.
How does auto-renewal work?
When you enable auto-renewal, Tenor's smart contracts will automatically let any third-party renew your position into a new term before maturity. You can configure the renewal settings to specify the target maturity, maximum renewal interest rate.
Can I disable auto-renewal?
Yes, you can disable auto-renewal at any time before your position matures. If disabled, you will need to manually manage your position at maturity; otherwise, your position will become eligible for liquidation on the Morpho protocol.
